Gupta Empire, Chandragupta II (c. 380-413 AD), Gold Dinar, 7.16Grms, ‘Chhatra /Parasol’ Type, OBV: King standing with fully dressed on left wearing pearl necklace and ear-rings, offering dropped from his right on altar while his left hand rests on the hilt fo the sword hanging by king side, an attendant behind him with left leg bent up holding a royal umbrella 'Chhatra' over the king’s head, around traces of Brahmi legend start from 1 o clock ‘Kshitimava….[Vikramaditya]’, REV: Goddess Lakshmi walking to left with cross-legged, she holds noose in her right hand and lotus flower with long stalk in left hand hanging down, tamgha on upper left field and traces of Brahmi legend in the right field.
